Well, it started after getting into my Equinox on Friday afternoon. My engine car light came on. I called OnStar and they ran a diagnostic that showed my car needed immediate attention. I called David H. and he immediately told me to come to the service center. Once the mechanics diagnosed my car, they also said that my car needed immediate repair. David got me a rental car. Once the rental car arrived, it was too small for the activities that my family had planned that weekend. I know most of the people at Burns and have become friends with them. All personal are nice, inviting and friendly when I go there. I enjoy my visits with everyone there. The service department is prompt, helpful and just makes a visit easy. The people are very friendly and willing to talk to you to better understand your needs. I took my Equinox in for an oil change and the service rep. was just as friendly as always. David is great service rep. Chris, the mechanic did the oil change and did a complete inspection and found a leak on the transaxle seal. He called me to show me the leak and I asked if he could fix it. He said he could and he promptly went to work on it. He did a great job and I was impressed with him. Over the years I have usually done all my oil changes and mechanical work on all my vehicles and I know from experience that he knew what he was doing. Chris has serviced my vehicle several times and I really like his professionalism and work ethic. I am proud to say that he is one of the best!
