Hallmarks of each trim include:

• LS and LT – These trims feature clean, straightforward designs with additional bright trim on LT. The LS features 17-inch steel wheels, while the LT features 17-inch machined aluminum wheels.
• RS – The Trax’s sportiest design, the TS has additional exterior trim accents and a unique grille with an embedded RS badge. The 1RS trim includes 18-inch aluminum wheels and the 2RS features 19-inch aluminum wheels.
• ACTIV – With a sleek monochromatic look, it’s accented with titanium chrome touches and an aggressive-looking rear skid plate motif. The sporty look is completed with unique black 18-inch wheels.

You’ll love the better handling experience that comes from the longer wheelbase and wider track. Since it’s lower to the ground, it feels more like a car than an SUV. 

Adventure-Ready Interior

The Chevy Trax interior was completely redesigned for 2024. 

In the LS and 1RS models, drivers have control with an 8-inch diagonal infotainment color touchscreen. In the LT, 2RS, and ACTIV models, an 11-inch diagonal infotainment color touchscreen and an 8-inch diagonal driver information center keep you in control. As in previous models, Trax offers wi-fi hotspot capability.

Both the infotainment screen and climate controls were thoughtfully placed for driver accessibility.

And for the first time in the Trax, you can connect Apple CarPlay or Android Auto to the infotainment system wirelessly. Wireless phone charging is another new feature on the LT, 2RS, and ACTIV. 

The longer wheelbase creates a more spacious interior with three inches of extra legroom in the rear. You’ll also enjoy 12% more cargo space. Whether you’re bringing groceries home or hauling the kids to soccer practice, extra space always comes in handy. while the heated seats and steering wheel make your ride extra comfortable. 

Different trims have their own décor and accents, including:

• Black seats with Sky Cool Gray accents on the LT
• Red accents on the seats and a racing-inspired flat-bottom steering wheel on the 2RS
• Evotex seats with yellow accents on the ACTIV
• Black bowtie emblems on the RS and ACTIV 

Additional standard and available features:

• Center console with ergonomic shifter location
• Electronic parking brake for more storage space
• Two cup holders and four bottle holders
• Remote start comes standard on 1RS, LT, 2RS, and ACTIV models. (Available as an upgrade on LS.)
• LT, 2RS, and ACTIV come standard with automatic climate control, push-button start and added rear-seat USB ports
• Power-adjustable driver’s seat on ACTIV
• Sunroof available

Performance on Unpaved Roads

Powered by a 1.2L turbocharged inline-three engine, the 2024 Trax boasts an estimated 137 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. It’s equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission and the turbo contributes to excellent on-demand power.

For unmatched safety, the 2024 Trax comes standard with the Chevy Safety Assist, a suite of six advanced safety and driver awareness features, including:

• Automatic emergency braking
• Front pedestrian braking
• Lane keep assist and lane departure warning
• Forward collision alert
• IntelliBeam auto high-beam control
• Following distance indicator

A rear vision camera is also standard. Adaptive cruise control, lane change alert with side blind zone alert, rear cross traffic alert, and rear park assist are also available on the 2024 Trax.
