Steven Jones replaced all 4 tire air pressure senors on my 2018 Traverse. A couple weeks later I noticed that the right rear tire pressure was a few lbs lower that the others. When driving, the tires warm up and the pressure increased, the right rear tire was closer to the other tire pressures. I stopped in to Burns and told Steven that I suspected a faulty sensor on the right rear. Steven moved my Traverse to be near the tire inflation station and checked the tire pressure on the display inside the vehicle and then checked the tires with the air pressure guard. The tire pressure gauge readings matched the sensor readings. Steven inspected my right rear tire and discovered a nail in the right rear tire, causing a slow leak in that tire. Steven sent me to the waiting room and came back in just a few minutes to report my tire leak was fixed and my Traverse was ready to go. I had driven my Traverse over 110,000 miles without any tire issues. Just a reminder for me not to make assumptions without checking out the issue properly! The quick repair of a tire with a nail in it, instead of my assumption that one of the pressure sensors needed to be replaced. No waiting. Greeted by friendly service personnel, car was taken in and the oil change and tire rotation was done quickly. Service manager explained all that was done at the end of the service. All service techs were friendly as usual. I always find the service here a pleasure!

My experience was fine . I noticed that on all the cars and trucks pull in that none of the technician put covers over the automobile that they was working on . The price of a paint job is very high.

Its amazing I have such a new truck but it is in need of so many things. I go to get my free oil change but it needs, alignment, additives to the oil and engine and several other things. Maybe I should have bought a Ford? My god if my truck needs all this and I have had it such a short time, how will it ever last?

Purchased car a year ago and received free oil changes for life as part of the deal. First oil change my new car was out of alignment so paid for that. This oil change I was told I had a nail in my tire and it was leaking air and needed a new tire. Didn't purchase a tire, got car home, my husband pulled a small thumb tack out of the tire and no air was leaking. What is going on with the express service? We take our car there for service not for them to try to be a salesman. If they want to do that maybe they should move to the showroom.

I called Burns to schedule an oil change and tire rotation the day before. They said I did not need an appt just come on in and their service line would do take care of me. I arrived just before noon and there was an open svc bay. They told me I could wait in my car or in the customer lounge. I opted for the lounge. I had a couple of business calls to make and before J finished my second call, the service rep came in to show me the cabin air filter and I approved the new filter. Within 10 minutes the rep came back to provide a detail of the service and parts provided with the charges. I provided my Credit card. She left the waiting room and returned quickly with my card and service detailed receipt and thanked me for choosing Burns Chev Service. A very quick and pleasant visit!

Overall experience was ok. A little unorganized but the task at hand was taken care of. Walked in, no one even acknowledged that I was there. Granted they were busy but no one even stated that they would be with me in just a moment! I finally walked up to a window considering I did have an appointment where Mike seemed very frustrated that he had to assist me, by banging on the window to get my attention verses addressing me as Mame' or Miss. My back up camera was glitching in and out and when scheduling the appointment I asked the person scheduling my appointment if I needed to be dropped off or should I wait. She stated that I could wait because they would be able to diagnose the issue within a hour which was incorrect according to Mike, who immediately informed me that wasn't correct and seemed to aggravate him even more. I went to the lobby where I waited for 3 hrs patiently for Mike to come in to inform me that they made a call an hr ago to GM to figure out what was wrong with the backup camera, where was that update a hr ago. I was told that I needed to leave it and they would possibly know what was wrong by 5pm. I was picked up and received a call by 4pm to let me know they needed to keep the car. The car was kept over the weekend and a rental was provided which is ok, just the inconsideration of my time and the rudeness was very unprofessional.

I was pleasantly surprised with the experience that we had at Burns with Brian Williams and the sales manager JD (Justin Michaud). We took a test drive, they looked at our Surburban trade and we quickly closed on a deal of a new 2025 Suburban RST. We received a good finance rate, a fair price on our trade, and we were pleasantly surprised with the ease of this transaction at Burns Chevrolet. The transmission doesnt operate as it should. I get brushed off as "its normal clunking" "a characteristic of the transmission" i bought the vehicle amd warranty here. Guess it was a poor purchase.

Problem with shifter only partially fixed. Shifter lights still do not work on occasion. Just as before you can push on selector light strip and light will work. Have not returned since last time vehicle was worked on got this problem the side of seat was dirty with grease . Very hard to remove.

The service was really good. My attendant pointed out that I had a crack in the windshield. They called my insurance company, and they lined up a replacement for this coming Monday. Now that's SERVICE! Note: I did notice 2- 14inch long oil dripping on my carport. I don't know if this is over flow?

Dustin Watkins was great and communicated well. However, I have concerns about the elevation by the technician during the inspection and what was recommended to replace the Timing Chain Cover Gasket which was very expensive. On my way back from the repair, I noticed it still smoking and the smell of burning oil leaking onto the engine or exhaust. I sent a text message to Dustin the evening that I picked up my vehicle about my concerns about the incorrect gasket was replaced to correct the leak.

I brought my truck in for a recall repair and front end alignment that the Quicklane said I needed based on the scan results of tire wear. Upon picking up my truck I found the roof mounted storage area loose and greasy hand prints all over the headliner of my vehicle from the air bag recall repair. I showed it to my service advisor Steven who immediately alerted his manager and advised the detail department would clean the headliner. I then leave for home to find my vehicle pulling severely to the left. Keep in mind that prior to arrival I had no indication of an alignment issue other than the scan results but now I had to steer hard to the right to keep the truck driving straight. I contacted Steven again and he set me up to bring the truck back to correct both issues. My truck is at the dealership now to correct these issues. This is a huge inconvenience as I have to take time off work and arrange transportation each time. I will gladly update you following the repairs if you’d like but I feel that at a minimum I should be refunded the monies paid for the “alignment” that clearly wasn’t right and there is on way anyone drove my truck to check the work following the alignment because they would have known it wasn’t correct. Brought vehicle back for a problem they fixed a few months before and problem came back. They stated that there is no problem now and Chevrolet didn’t have a bullletin on the problem. They stated all silverados have air conditioning with clicking sounds in them now.

Bought my truck in for a bad thermostat and the mechanic said my oil pan showed some oil resin and said my oil pan gasket needed changed ( for the record it never dropped oil on my concrete floor) mechanic replaced my gasket and now I’m pouring oil out on my floor when it’s parked for a little while. David Stone has been great, he’s working on getting me a rental car and getting the leak fixed. This is the first time I have bad luck with your shop.

After picking truck up and getting back home I was under the hood and noticed there was bolts not tightened on the throttle body, air box and skid plate also alot of the push and hold connectors was not put back in place. Kinda disappointing coming from a chevy dealership.

I purchased a vehicle and everyone involved was so very knowledgeable and truly helpful. The sales representative, Rodney Jeter, was the individual who showed me the various cars in which I was interested. He was exceptional in that he did not pressure me into any decisions. He only educated me on each vehicle so that I could independently make a final decision. He went above and beyond with helping me with the sale. When I first got there I was thinking about buying a car but never realized that I would buy one on that day, which is something I have been putting off. All went well except for the final check out. The Invoice was $112.54, however when I got the charge on my credit card it was $115.92??? I asked about this and have not heard back from the dealership at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Also they seemed more interested in quoting extra work rather than taking care of what I came in for.

Drove from Camden to Rock Hill to get my Traverse serviced at Burns. I checked in and the tech took my vehicle into Bay One while I waited in the customer lounge. A service writer came in to let me know my rear wiper blade was worn and asked if I would like to replace it. I approved replacing the wiper blade. Within 30 minutes my service was complete and I paid via CC in the customer lounge. The CSR provided a printout of my service and charges along with my keys and told me where my Traverse was parked and I was on my way. A very satisfactory experience, as usual!

After extensive hail damage to my Suburban, the Radio was just not receiving stations clearly-but was working perfectly via my phone blue-tooth and satellite..I took the car into Burns and told David Stone what the issue was and he and the Burns team knew where to look. Service was well when on site. I received two new tires and immediately my tire pressure system indicated it wasn't working on my back passenger tire. I stopped by to have this fixed and couldn't get in. The tech that helped me had me re-set it to see if that would fix it and now the sensor on all 4 tires is not working. In my opinion, that should have all been tested and working before I was given my car back as this is an inconvenience.

I have always followed the Manufacturers' recommended maintenance. Every time I go into the quick lube, they try to upsell me saying that it is required maintenance. It is not! I am tired of being lied to by these people back there. The added stuff that you guys want me to do, like flush the brake fluid. According to the manufacturers handbook, I don't need to do that until 120k miles on it. My car has only 38k. I don't like going back to the quick lube at all. The pressure is insane! The only reason you got three stars on this visit, was the older gentleman who is a Steelers fan!

I stopped in for a pit stop before traveling this week. Ended up needing an alignment and I know nothing about this stuff, and I told him I wasn't really understanding & he explained in terms I could understand. I wish there was just a pit stop lane as it was at least 25 minutes before my car was taken in. The Techs were friendly and professional.

Received nicely for my "Complimentary Oil Change" and also an Alignment. Thew staff was really nice and helpful. Only Negative was that there was no water in the coffee pot, no coffee Packets out. No Artificial Sweetener available or Creamer. Service was great.

I had a tire pressure sensor to fail on my 2016 Impala. I called Steven Jones for a service appt for the next morning. Steven advised that two of the sensors had failed and I told him to replace them both. Steven also performed a “pit stop” check and had us on our way in less than 20 minutes. Good experience!

everything went great at first, the sales agent who was new did a FANTASTIC job, but then when it came to his "manager" that is where things changed. He lied straight to my face (finding out 2 days later that it was a lie). I do love my car and again the new sales guy that helped me was great, but i will never refer anyone to this dealership now that this has happened, in fact my mother and sister both were in the market for new Chevy's and because of this they bought elsewhere. and i let them know ahead of time on my intent to purchase a second car and refer my family to them, yet he still lied. do better burns. Oh and the finance lady was amazing, she was sweet and knows her stuff.

I took my wife's car in for service a while ago. When we purchased the car, we were told that oil and filter changes as well as tire rotation would be included as long as we owned the car. However, after further review of her receipts I find that we've been charged with oil and filter changes as well as tire rotation. When I questioned this with the service manager I was told that he was not aware of any such promise and therefore could not allow these services. Not a big fan of Burns Service or Sales promotions.

Oil leak test was done well enough, however, it took almost 45 mins to find my truck, and a couple of days later when i checked under the hood, the Oil cap was left off! Luckily, it was somehow still sitting on an hood support bracket, and even more lucky that nothing fell into the oil and damaged the motor. This also ignores the 2000+ quote to fix something that the local trusted shop will do for 800. I expect dealerships to cost more but not that much and to not miss something as simple as putting an oil cap back on. If you can't do that why would I trust you for a major repair?

Came in for an Oil change and 15,000-mile service, Service found that it was leaking transmission fluid. I had a clean garage floor and had no Idea there was a leak. I drove up to the oil service facility. After about a 30 minute wait, my Truck was serviced with its first oil change and Tire Rotation while sitting in my vehicle. My first trip to the Burns quick lane for an oil change. Was offered to sit in the customer lounge, but decided to sit in truck. Was offered a bottle of water while I waited. Attendants were very friendly with no wasted time. Oil was changed tires rotated in very reasonable time I will go back very pleased.

It was a great experience with the exception of the finance manager refusing to sell the vehicle unless we gave up our right to sue if necessary. This is known as "tying" and should never be allowed. This person was rude and quite unpleasant, and I would refuse to buy another vehicle if he was in any way, shape or form involved in the sale. Our salesman was an absolute pleasure to work with, as was the sales manager, and I give them the highest marks for their service.

I went in for a normal oil & filter change. The maintenance man found it was best to change out my cabin& engine air filter's. I approved this upon inspection of the old ones. I also received a quote on new tires for the future. The process was fast and informative. The customer service lady was very helpful. My wait time was approx. 20 minutes.

I went to Burns Chevrolet for a regular maintenance visit and utilized their convenient drive-through. I was met by an attendant that was very pleasant and directed to the bay he wanted my vehicle in. Once in the bay, I remained in my vehicle and was approached by a very polite and professional young man. He explained exactly what was going to transpire during my visit. I was kept abreast of the progress as the service work was being done. It was recommended that the air filter be replaced, and I was shown why. Each person I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend the Burns dealership for purchasing your vehicles as well as having them serviced.

The Oil change was quick and efficient. The only problem was the Service Advisor came in a showed me a very dirty Cabin Filter, and explained it needed replaced. I then explained that I had the same story on the last visit and I paid them to replace. He cam back and said they must have missed it on the last visit so he replaced at N/C. (Or he was just trying to scam me)

New front brakes on my daughters Cruz.Upon further review the water pump was leaking.You may pay a little more at a dealership but GM Technicians are well trained and there work is second to none.I’ve been going thru David Stone for close to 17 years now I’ve never second guessed his recommendation when repairing my GM products.Again thanks for a very good staff and will recommend your services.
